The biggest unconference in town is back again! Last year we had 70 sessions and over 700 participants ... but it was just a tad too hot standing in the sun, wasn't it?

So we've moved BarCamp to November this year and everything is going to happen indoors — with air conditioning! Whew!

The newly-completed Creative Media Centre at the City University of Hong Kong is a stunning piece of architecture that you won't be able to take your cameras off of!

We're excited to be hosting the 5th BarCamp Hong Kong at this special venue packed with proper presentation equipment and generous amounts of communal space.

• All registration will take place on our Eventbrite page to make check-in faster and donations possible.
• The schedule will be put online this year, so we won't have the sweaty madness at the wall like last time (don't worry, we'll still have the wall for you hardcore BarCampers).
• We ditched the guy who f*cked up our shirts last year, and found a new printer to make us some nice ones this year. We also decided to not include sponsor logos on them, which means we'll be selling them (at cost). It's only $80 if you pre-order now or $100 on the day.
